Dr. Robinson P. George is appointed as Professor of the Department of General and Laparoscopic Surgery in 2019. He completed his MBBS graduation from Gulf Medical College, UAE and MS in General Surgery from MRMC, Gulbarga. He is also a specialist with multiple fellowships in Laparoscopic surgeries.

He has several publications in National and International Journals the winner of best speaker and best paper awards. He is also the director of CRRI and Skills Lab with special interests in complex open and Laparoscopic Hernia Repairs and weight loss surgery.
